and now... (notice the weight gain, a sign of true love)
Holt and I recently had our second year anniversary (or honeymoon as I tend to accidentally call it)...I can't believe that it has been two years, it feels like we've been married forever, but at the same time it doesn't. It definitely has been a fun adventure thus far. We've moved three times (the most I ever have in my life) and we're in Oklahoma...Never thought that I would ever live in Oklahoma!!! But through it all we have had each other!!! I am so lucky to be married to Holt! He is such a wonderful man! He is so understanding of me and all of my little quirks and irritations. I am so blessed to be married to him!! He always makes me laugh as well as encourages me to be the best me I can be! I am such a lucky girl!
For our anniversary we hit up a restaurant, Pearl's Lakeside on scenic Lake Hefner. It was a delicious and defined restaurant; okay I am not sure about that, but they do serve oysters which we decided to try (since you know the reputation they carry...)! Seriously disgusting!!! Thank goodness we got them fried because honestly there is NO WAY we would've been able to slurp down those cold gooey mess of a sea animal!! Deep battered and warm we still had to cover them in lemon juice and dip them in a cocktail sauce just to eat them!!! Here is what they looked like....Yuck!
Like I stated before, I am really fortunate to be married to Holt and it all keeps getting better and better everyday (well, for the most part...) The move out here has really been such a blessing for the two of us and for our relationship. Everyone had warned me it would be, so I am grateful for the heads up. Sometimes it is stressful and difficult but I nothing is worth it without a sacrifice right? I love Holt and I am so glad that he chose me to be his "eternal wife" and I wouldn't have it any other way!!!
(this is one of Holt's gifts he got me, I had to share his wonderful wrap job with everyone...I guess we had no wrapping paper...)

Holtie-Poo, It's Andrew Langston, from your old stomping grounds at Cardon Healthcare. I found your blog through Cory's Blog. Oklahoma huh? That's cool. Sophie and I procreated successfully and created our own spawn, which we refer to as Wells....feel free to check it out at http://alangston.blogspot.com
