Holt has been in total withdrawals from Cafe Rio since we don't have it out here.~~~One of his friends hooked him up with recipes and while Erin was out here we made it for din din. It was delicious!!!! I don't think I have ever seen Holt eat so much for dinner since we've been out here. It definitely was not the same as the real thing, but let's be honest~ nothing is as good as authentico Cafe Rio!!
