WILCO!!!!!

Another AWESOME concert came to Okie...

WILCO!!!!
WOO! WILCO!!!!

My concert buddy Megan, and my NEW concert buddy Hillary and I hit up the Wilco concert at the Coca-Cola Bricktown Events Center~~
[aren't you so happy I told you the EXACT location???]
~~and it was FANTASTIC!!!!{hillary & megan are getting down on my short level...}

I have always heard that Wilco is an amazing live band and that was the truth!!! I hadn't been that well acquainted with the group as a whole {meaning I've only listened to a few albums but not all}...but I had to go! It was great!!!!

They kind of have a hippy-like feel to them...and are big into instrumental interludes, which is perfect if you are accustom to tripping out on pot, which a lot of people there were. We were VERY entertained by those around us and how they "felt" the music.

I tried to capture a really entertaining gentleman in the following clip...It is just about the longest recording of nothing for a while, but then the lights start to come up you can see him rocking out. Don't let his calm demeanor trick you...he was going CRAZY!!!! I caught him at a chilled out moment. We were laughing so hard!!!! And don't worry, near the end of it he definitely noticed me recording him...OOOPSY!!!!
Oh and the video is on its side, still don't quite know how to rotate this crap...

But for real~~ The show was great! And I LOVE that I have found concert peeps!!!

{oh and really I think the photographer was just taking pictures of people who were in groups of three, so really it wasn't because we are "far too fine"}
